The Creative Agreement

These are the quiet rules we both agree to follow so your creative journey remains safe, inspiring, and yours alone. By joining ArtPath, you step onto this path with us — and we’re honored to walk it with you.

1. Your Place in the Circle

When you enroll in a course, you receive access to live classes, mentorship, community spaces, and all the materials created for that program. This access belongs to you personally and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

2. Respect for Everyone’s Canvas

Our community is a safe space for creativity. You agree to treat fellow artists, mentors, and their work with kindness and respect. No harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior will be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts this space.

3. Your Art, Your Ownership

You keep full ownership of every piece you create, including works made during our classes or with our guidance. We may ask permission to showcase your art (with credit) in our gallery or marketing — but only if you say yes.

4. Payment & Access

Access to your course begins once payment is confirmed. You agree to provide accurate information for billing. If you choose a subscription, it will renew automatically until you cancel.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Within 14 days of starting a course, you may request a full refund if it’s not the right fit for you. After that, no refunds will be issued — but you’ll always keep access to the materials for the duration of your program.

6. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, videos, guides, and resources created by ArtPath are ours. You may use them only for your personal growth and practice. You may not redistribute, copy, or teach them elsewhere without our written permission.

7. Responsibility for Your Journey

Art is deeply personal. While we provide the best guidance we can, the results of your practice depend on your effort and dedication. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or artistic success.

8. Changes to the Path

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know in advance. By continuing to use ArtPath after the update, you agree to the new terms.

9. Legal Compliance and Regulations

By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection standards and online safety protocols. ArtPath operates in accordance with international compliance requirements to ensure a safe and secure user experience.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are required to act lawfully and refrain from violating any local, national, or international laws while using our services. Any misuse of our platform that breaches compliance policies may result in account suspension or legal action.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of Portugal, with exclusive jurisdiction belonging to the courts located in Lisbon, Portugal. By using our services, you agree to this jurisdiction and the enforcement of these terms.
