  • Payment details (handled securely by Stripe) — only to provide access to your chosen course
  • Your artwork and feedback — so we can give you meaningful guidance
  • Your messages and questions — so our mentors can support you personally

We never ask for more than we truly need.

Your data exists for one purpose only: to help you create better art and feel seen on your journey.

  • To deliver your classes, mentorship, and feedback
  • To send important updates about your course
  • To provide personalized support when you need it
  • To improve the experience for everyone in the community

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not trade it. It stays between us.

3. Where Your Information Lives

We keep your data in secure, encrypted servers in the European Union. Only a small number of people at ArtPath have access, and only when it is necessary to help you.

4. Your Rights — You Always Have the Brush

You are the artist of your data. You can:

  • Ask to see everything we have about you
  • Ask us to correct or update it
  • Ask us to delete it (except what we legally must keep for billing)
  • Withdraw your consent at any time

5. How Long We Keep Your Story

We keep your course-related data for as long as you’re with us, and for 6 years after you leave (to comply with financial laws). Your artwork and messages may stay longer if you choose to keep them in our community space.
